Eagle eyed Annette saw that our next meeting was scheduled for Easter weekend. I propose moving the meeting to Saturday, April 10. Does that work for everyone?

We also could use a demo for that meeting. Please let me know if you are available to demo via Zoom.

Following in the footsteps of the Queen City Clayers group, I would like to have a volunteer that is responsible for setting up demos each month, at the beginning of the year if possible. We wouldn’t have to know what you are demoing until the month before your scheduled date, just that you will demo.

Shot in the Arm

Now that the age for COVID-19 vaccination is dropping to 50+, I’m wondering how people feel about meeting in person in June? That gives our members two months to get vaccinated and wait two weeks for full coverage after your last dose. CDC says that fully vaccinated people can meet indoors, unmasked. We would observe some social distancing, just to be extra cautious. Again, let me know your thoughts on this plan. Zoom video would continue to be offered for our out-of-town members. Once we decide how to move forward, I will discuss options with LeMoyne.
