September Meeting

We will not be meeting in September as the first Sunday of the month occurs on Labor Day Weekend.

October Meeting

Our meeting in October will take place on Sunday, October 7 at 1 PM. Ellen will lead us in a Autumn-themed mini class making polymer acorn charms. These can be made small enough to use as earrings or charm bracelet components or large enough to serve as a pendant. We’ll announce the supply list closer to the meeting date.

Feedback Wanted

In October 2010 we moved our meetings from the Southwood Welcome Center to Michaels Arts & Crafts. We hoped that putting our meetings in a more public venue would lead to increased interest in the Guild. Unfortunately, attendance has been declining, although we do still have a core group that attends regularly.

Many members feel having access to the Guild is a benefit to the community but we do need to determine where do we go from here (literally and figuratively). We’ve come up with a brief survey for members and interested parties. Please take a moment to visit the survey page and provide us with needed feedback.
