Our annual Labor Day retreat is 11 days away and registration is ongoing through 11:59 PM on Wednesday, 30 August.
We will have three guest artist demos and a Magical Mystery Tour Home Edition challenge.
The 2023 guest artists are as follows. Click class name to download a class supplies list.
Demos will be recorded and available to registered event attendees after the event ends.
- Pavla Cepelíková – Fall Ink
- Suzanne Andrews – Reverse Mokume Gane
- Nancy Benham – Eat the Tuna, Keep the Can UPDATED
- Nancy says to have your clay sheeted and ready the day before her demo. You’ll need two strips of clay (silk screened, skinner blend, other design) about third thickest on your pasta machine. Strips should be about 10 or 11 inches long if you are using a tuna can. Shorter if you are using smaller cans. Strips should coordinate (or match, up to you).
- We will send out the written instructions for the project next week.
