Guest Artist Spotlight: Ann Duncan Hlavach
Ann will join us on Saturday, February 5 for Mokume Gane In Situ (aka Mokume Gane) on a 3D Object. This is a great way to cover an object and the scraps will be useful for Ellen’s demo later that day.
Ann has brought her bubbly personality and gorgeous roses to our guild before, and I’m happy she agreed to come back for another event!
Check her out on Etsy and her website
Supplies List
3 clay colors: one light, one medium, one dark
Something simple but three dimensional to cover.
Basics: A sharp blade, pasta machine
Fun stuff: A variety of shapes or textures to play with, such as a screwdriver set, clay sculpting tools, child’s toys, some funky hair stick or a 3d printed snowflake from my son’s elementary school tech class.
