Programs Needed for 2026

Please note the list pf 2026 meeting dates below. We have openings for both programs and meeting hosts in the coming year.

  • January 3: Program Needed
  • February 7 & 8: Chilly Clay Retreat
    • Nancy: Natasha Hearts
    • Barbara: Blade Books
  • March 7: Program Needed
  • April 4: Program Needed
  • May 2: Program and Host Needed: Barbara, Cindy, and Ellen are unavailable that day.
  • June 6: Program and Host needed: Barbara is unavailable that day.
  • August 1: Program Needed
  • September 5-6: Clay-bor Day Retreat: Programs needed

Since no-one has stepped forward to take on the role of Program Coordinator, there are options to ensure we have programming each month.

  • Demos are assigned to each member in alphabetical order by last name. If you have never done a remote zoom demo, you will be given training on how to do so. You can also provide a slide show or video to be broadcast at the meeting.
    • At our current membership size, each person would demo once every 3 years.

OR

  • Members will be divided into groups of three, and each month’s committee with either work together to present a program OR find someone in the larger polymer community to offer a program to our group.

As the Guild approaches its 20th anniversary the entire group must work together towards our continued success.
