Polymer Clay Guild this Saturday
Our meeting will be on Saturday, March 4 starting at 10 AM, in Studio A of the LeMoyne Art Education Center.
We will have coffee service, please bring a couple dollars for the Coffee Collection Can.
Snacks always welcome. Pack a lunch or plan to run out, your choice.
March Demo Topic
Barb* will demo a basic chain maille weave. Learn the basics on how you can create chains for your own polymer jewelry.
*If Barb is unable to attend, Cindy will have a demo prepared
Shipping Deadline for Into the Forest
The shipping deadline for the Into the Forest exhibit is April 4, 2017. If you have made items for the installation, bring them to the March meeting and Barb will ship all items together to the organizers. Please bag up your items with your name and email address.
Skinner Blend Class at The Alabama Folk School at Camp McDowell
The Alabama Folk School at Camp McDowell will be hosting a workshop entitled “Skinner Blends in Polymer Clay” this May 15-19. We are located about an hour northwest of Birmingham, and twenty minutes north of Jasper.
This 5-day workshop will be taught by Lee Ann Jones and will focus on Skinner Blends for both new and veteran students of polymer clay. More information and registration can be found at http://www.alfolkschool.com
