Nancy has prepared a wonderfully detailed 29-image slide show of how to disassemble, clean, and reassemble your pasta machine. Saturday’s meeting will be dedicated to viewing the slides with Nancy narrating and answering questions live. Below is Slide #1 for a teaser image.

You can use a computer, or mobile device. If you want to participate in Show & Tell, or demonstrate a technique, you will need to have a camera on your computer, as well as a microphone or headset with microphone. Please test these items before the call.
